You could sew these together alternating vertical and horizontal for a cool looking mini quilt! You could sash the squares too.
These are great for scrappy and patchwork quilts! You can also cut them down to 2″ squares, 2.5″ squares, 2.5″ x 5″ charm bars or cut them up to use in crumb blocks. Great way to get some variety in your stash!
