This is the exact nylon thread that I use and that you hear me talk about in my sewing videos. It comes in Clear and Dark Transparent which is awesome for darker fabrics (clear can show up more on darks).
I often use this stuff as the top thread only when top-stitching and I use regular thread in the bobbin. You might have to adjust your tension a bit. If you wind bobbins with this nylon thread, do NOT use a plastic bobbin because this stuff will bust your bobbin apart (I know this first hand, lol). Use a metal bobbin. If you must use plastic, only wind it maybe half full.
