NOTE: You need a $10 additional minimum purchase to get these special sale prices.  When they did this sale in January, the sale items did NOT count toward the $10 minimum, at least not for me, at least not when I tried to buy over $10 of just the toilet paper. If you are forced to spend $10 above and beyond the sale items, it’s a good time to shop in the reduced sections!
