I’m so freaking excited!  I even went out and bought more beef in case I’m hungry during showtime.  Also took some chicken gizzards and hearts out of the freezer!  I have pretty much watched Survivor every season, but there were some seasons that I was not too much into it and would have the TV on but would work and not pay too much attention. But I must say, the past few seasons have me glued to the screen.  I think this season will be fantastic too.  Some of my favorite players are returning!

Survivor: Game Changers – Wednesday 3/8/17, 8:00pm – 10:00pm eastern on CBS (tv listings)

Twenty of the game’s biggest competitors return to play as the reality series begins its 34th season. In the opener, the castaways arrive at Fiji’s Mamanuca Islands, where two of the game’s legends set their sights on one another and another player introduces “spy shack” 2.0.

The Grammy Awards are one of my favorite award shows, not so much for the music (I’d rather watch a repeat of the awards from the 70s and 80s), but for the possible craziness and also to catch my new boyfriend, James Corden, in action!  Do LOVE him!!!

First, I’ll start with the red carpet just to see what everyone is wearing.

E! Live From the Red Carpet: The 2017 Grammy Awards, Sunday, 2/12/17, 6pm – 8pm on E! (see listings)

I don’t really care for football.  I never really understood it.  But I’ll be watching most of the Super Bowl because I like the hoopla that surrounds it. And I’ll be rooting for the Pats, ’cause I’m from New England and all.

For sure, I will be watching Half Time.  I never miss that.  Not really fond of Lady Gaga, but it seems she has invited Tony Bennett on stage and I love him!

Super Bowl 51 – Sunday 2/5/16, 6:30pm on FOX (tv guide listing)

I will also be watching Puppy Bowl!  Animal Planet is all about puppies and Puppy Bowl, practically all day today! But the official Puppy Bowl starts at 3pm with a Pregame at 2pm.  If you have never watched Puppy Bowl, you simply must! Half Time is adorable too!

What I’m Watching On TV Tonight 1/29 – Miss Universe Pageant Hosted by Steve Harvey

I know many women think these kinds of pageants are degrading to women.  Here’s what I think… (not that you asked, but it’s my blog).  If that’s what a woman wants to do, I applaud her for doing it!  Women were silenced and stunted long enough. They certainly don’t need other women suggesting what they should or should not do. And it makes for great TV entertainment because there is always a chance they will fall (apparently, I like falling).

BONUS:  This is the pageant that Steve Harvey screwed up on last year by naming the wrong girl the winner.  Remember?  I bet he double checks this time! lol

Miss Universe Pageant – Sunday 1/29/16, 7pm – 10pm eastern on FOX (tv guide listing)
Steve Harvey hosts the 65th annual Miss Universe Pageant from the Philippines. Also: Ashley Graham acts as backstage host.
