2/3 cup melted unsalted butter
2 eggs, room temperature
optional: powdered sugar
(see my tips below)

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with baking spray with flour.
2: With lightly floured fingers, break up cookie dough into pan and press evenly in bottom of pan to form crust. Bake 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven and cool 10 minutes.
3: Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat cake mix, melted butter and eggs with whisk until well combined.
4: Spread cake batter evenly over partially baked crust. Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 45 minutes. Cut into bars or squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.

Darlene’s Tips: You can add about 1/4 cup chopped nuts to this recipe. You can also try it with sugar cookie dough. For something extra decadent, frost with cream cheese frosting or any flavor frosting and add sprinkles on top!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups white vanilla baking chips
1 container Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting (or store brand)
2 tablespoons red cinnamon candies
3 tablespoons water to melt candies
optional: sprinkles of your choice
(see my tips below)
See All My Patreon Video Titles!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Completely line bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with foil.
2: In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips on Medium-High for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and completely smooth. Stir in frosting until mixed well.
3: Heat candies and water to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until candies are melted. Gradually beat cinnamon mixture into fudge.
4: Spread fudge in pan. Add sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until set. Remove fudge from pan and cut into squares or heart shapes to serve. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on and at !
Darlene’s Tips: This fudge might be on the soft side so you can store in the freezer and serve as a fun frozen treat. If you want to skip the cinnamon step, just buy any pink frosting (creamy NOT whipped) or buy white frosting and tint with food coloring. Just mix the baking morsels and frosting as directed and pour into pan. Add sprinkles if desired.

INGREDIENTS:
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist devil’s food cake mix
you do not need the additional ingredients listed on the box
1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 1/2 cups chopped caramels ()
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
(see my tips below)
See All My Patreon Video Titles!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 13-by-9-inch pan and set aside.
2: In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding and milk for one minute to combine. Add cake mix ONLY and stir until thoroughly combined.
3: Spread batter evenly into bottom of prepared pan (batter will be thick). Sprinkle with chopped caramels.
4: Bake cake 30-40 minutes or until edges pull away from sides and a toothpick inserted in the cake portion comes out clean. Remove cake from oven and let cool on a cooling rack.
5: Pour chocolate chips into a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is fully melted. Using a spoon, drizzle chocolate over cooled cake.
Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on and at !
Darlene’s Tips: You could try other candy instead of the caramel (or in addition to) like cut up pieces of your favorite chocolate bars. You can also add some chopped nuts. To serve warm, just heat in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time until warm enough. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream. Experiment with different flavors of cake mix and pudding.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust (from a box)
Cinnamon sugar (see tips below for savory crackers)
cooking spray to make the sugar stick
(see my tips below)
See All My Patreon Video Titles!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Let pie crust stand at room temperature 30 minutes to soften.
2: Heat oven to 450°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3: Unroll pie crust onto cutting board. Using mini heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut pastry into hearts and place on cookie sheet.
4: Spray hearts lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle pastry with cinnamon sugar.
5: Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until crackers are lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet and cool 5 minutes. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on and at !
Darlene’s Tips: If you don’t have cinnamon sugar, you can make your own by mixing one part cinnamon to 3 parts sugar, or half and half if you want it more cinnamony. lol You could even skip the cinnamon and sprinkle with just sugar. You could brush with melted butter (not margarine) if you want buttery crackers and skip the cooking spray. Want savory crackers? Sprinkle with stuff like italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, chives, or whatever you want.
