Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Peanut Butter Brownie Banana Bread Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. 2: In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, oil, water and eggs. 3: Mash bananas with fork until smooth. Stir into brownie mixture (see tip below). 4: Pour half of the mixture into pan. Spoon half of the peanut butter over top and run a knife through it to swirl peanut butter into brownie batter. Top with remaining batter, and repeat with the remaining peanut butter. 5: Bake about 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan to serve. Darlene’s Tips: You can soften the peanut butter in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to make it easier to swirl into the batter. You could also add some chopped nuts to the batter if you like or chocolate morsels or peanut butter morsels.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! No Bake Lemon or Lime Pie Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Beat the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice in a large bowl until smooth. 2: Spread the filling in crust. 3: Refrigerate 4 hours but no longer than 8 hours. Darlene’s Tips: I have no clue why it says to not refrigerate longer than 8 hours. I would not worry about it. lol I can get big bottles of lemon or lime juice at my Dollar Tree for only a buck! Want lemon and lime flavor? Use 1/4 cup of each juice! Serve with a dollop of whipped topping. You can flavor the whipped topping too. Add about 1 teaspoon of the juice of your choice to the tub of whipped topping (must be thawed) along with 2 or 3 tablespoons of granulated suger. Mix and serve! You could tint both the pie filling and the whipped topping with a drop or two of food coloring. You could try making lemon flavored pie tinted a soft yellow with lime flavored whipped topping tinted soft green. That would be a good way to get a lemon and lime combo! I’d like to try this recipe for my mother, but I want to freeze it and see how that works.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Pecan Pie Dump Cake Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9-inch pan with cooking spray. 2: In large bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar, caramel topping and 1/4 cup melted butter with whisk until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pan and spread evenly over bottom of pan. 3: Sprinkle top with dry cake mix and gently shake pan to distribute evenly. Pour 3/4 cup melted butter over top, tilting pan to cover as much of top with butter as possible. 4: Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is light golden brown, mostly dry on top and bubbling around edges. Cool 20 minutes before serving. Use large spoon for serving. Store loosely covered in refrigerator. Darlene’s Tips: You can use any flavor of cake mix, yellow, spice, whatever! You can also use walnuts or any nut instead of pecans. No rules! Serve warm by heating in microwave for just a few minutes. Top with ice cream (butter pecan would be delish) or whipped topping. You can flavor your whipped topping by adding a few drops of extract to the tub plus 2 to 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Stir and serve, refrigerate leftover topping as usual. Awesome flavors are vanilla, almond, lemon, orange, rum, coconut… just a few I’ve tried in the past.
