Brownie Surprise Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup packed crumbled baked fudge brownies
1 oz cream cheese, softened
1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury chocolate chip cookies

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Place brownies and cream cheese in bowl and mix well. Roll mixture into 8 balls.
2: Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Cut cookie dough into 16 slices.
3: Flatten slices. Form 2 slices of cookie dough around 1 brownie ball, completely sealing edges of dough and forming into ball. Place on cookie sheet, press down slightly. Repeat for remaining cookies, placing at least 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
4: Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. Cool on cookie sheet 10 minutes; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Darlene’s Tips: You could do this with any flavor cookie dough. If you don’t want to bake your own brownies, try using or any store-bought brownies. If the brownies are gooey enough, you might not need to add the cream cheese. You could also put a surprise inside the brownie ball like an M&M’s candy!

Blast From The Past
That Time I Rode a Bike in Walmart
This video was uploaded April 12, 2016. This is before I started eating just meat and animal products (I started that in Nov 2016). Many of you love to ask if I’ve lost weight since I started eating this way, and although THE WAY I EAT IS NOT FOR WEIGHT LOSS, I think you’ll see that I lost some weight. There. Hope you’re satisfied! lol
I’m shocked that this video is almost 3 years old and the price of milk was the same as now. I’m not shocked that I still wear that same shirt. lol
I actually rode a bike in Walmart, which is the highlight of this video. I imagine that’s why it has over 14K views (see stats below). I thought it would be fun to bring this video back to life.
There is a car vlog at the end but I barely watched it (I don’t like watching my own videos). This was around the time that I switched to full time youtube and I had let go of my full time job as a coupon blogger. Pretty sure I touched on that at the end… and even cried. I used to cry a lot. lol
Back in the day, I did not create thumbnails or add tags, none of that stuff. So I’m trying to do that to one video per week to hopefully give it a boost. So far that’s working! Last week’s blast from the past gained 500 new views. Recycling videos! Gotta love it!

Stats and Stuff: The graph below shows a peak in the middle of this video in the audience retention analytics. That peak is where people kept going back to watch the bike ride part! This video has 14,292 views at the time of this blog post (if you check to see what it has now, please know views are delayed). It has been watched a total of 119,375 minutes which equals almost 1,990 hours. This video has only earned $33.35 to date. That’s not enough! The most it earned in one day was $1.24 and that was back on 5/20/16 which was about a week after I uploaded it. I’m not getting rich off this video! lol

Oh So Nacho Pizza Rolls Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag (40-count) Totino’s Pizza Rolls frozen cheese pizza snacks (or any brand)
6 oz Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
Sliced or chopped toppings of your choice: fresh tomato, onions, black olives, diced avocado, sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, sour cream, rinsed black beans, etc.

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2: Spread pizza snacks in single layer on pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until heated through. Push pizza snacks together until touching.
3: Meanwhile, in 2-cup microwavable glass measuring cup, microwave cheese uncovered on High 60 to 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted. Stir in green chiles; microwave 15 to 30 seconds or until heated through and pourable.
4: Pour warm cheese mixture on top of hot pizza snacks. Top with your favorite toppings!

Darlene’s Tips: Serve with sour cream, guacamole, bean dip or whatever! You could also sprinke the pizza rolls with taco seasoning before baking for added flavor. And don’t forget to make these Baked Taco Chicken Wings too!
