Baked Taco Chicken Wings Recipe – Only 4 Ingredients

Baked Taco Chicken Wings Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

3 lb chicken wing sections, thawed if frozen
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 450°F.

2:  In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, oil and taco seasoning mix until blended. Thoroughly pat chicken dry, add to mixture and turn to coat. Place in single layer on a rack in baking pan.

3:  Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is deep brown and juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (at least 165°F).

Darlene’s Tips:  If you don’t have a pan with a rack, you can place the wings directly on the pan (cover with foil and spray) and turn once half way during baking.  Want spicy taco wings?  Add some cayenne pepper to the mix! Serve with sour cream as a dip!
