Shaw’s will have a Mega Sale 8/1 – 8/14.  These sales can get tricky if you are new to couponing.  What am I saying?  They are tricky no matter if you are some kind of expert! lol  The last Mega Sale transaction I did, I ended up with the wrong size cereal because I don’t always practice what I preach.  It through me off and it took about 30 minutes for us to figure out what was wrong with the deal.  I want to save you that agony.

How to Shop Shaw’s Mega Sale 8/1 – 8/14

Buy in groups of 10 participating Mega Sale items and you will get $5.00 off at the register for each group of 10 (buy 10 get $5.00 off, buy 20 get $10 total off, etc.). There is no limit.

The Final Price you see in the flyer is the price you end up paying after you get the $5.00 discount.

Items often get shifted on the shelf and it’s very easy to grab the wrong item. Be sure you buy the exact variety or size listed or you will not get your $5.00 refund.

Send your Mega Sale items through first, and check after each group of 10 to be sure you got your $5.00 off.  If you didn’t, you can check the items to see what went wrong.

If you are buying lots of Mega Sale items, it’s best to do smaller, separate transaction so it is not so confusing.  If your store has an issue with separate transactions, cast an evil spell on them.

You can use coupons on Mega Sale items. Remember that only 4 “like” coupons will double in a single transaction.
