Have I surpassed my 2 crying videos per month limit yet for September?  I think I have.  I don’t care. You’re getting another one.  lol

I’ve been going through a rough patch with my depression.  It started last week and it still has a hold on me.  But I don’t want anyone to worry!  I hesitate to post videos like this because many of you message me with great worries and much concern. Just so you know, I am under medical care, this is not something new to me, and I know myself well enough to know I won’t do anything drastic. So please don’t worry.  About the worst thing I do is cry really hard. I tried to cut most of the ugly cry parts out.

You can still send me messages because your messages help get me through this! You can PM me through my facebook page or you can email me at dzines@metrocast.net.  And if you suffer from depression and/or anxiety, feel free and safe to share your stories with me.  It helps me to know I’m not alone in this mess. xoxo
