*** READ THIS *** If your Shaw’s gives you a hard time with the overage, go to this Shaw’s Facebook post and print Dan’s reply about half way down the thread.  Dan states that if the coupon scans, the cashier should NOT un-double it! When Dan says the overage can’t exceed the value of the transaction, that means they won’t give cash back if you are in the negative at the end of the transaction. I think this wording is what has some stores confused. (Thanks, Patricia, for asking Dan that question!)
