I know I’m repeating some deals but I did some shopping yesterday so I want to report what I found in Sanford Shaw’s. The Safest Choice Eggs are indeed on sale! I know not all Shaw’s carry these eggs, but if yours does, you’ll be able to pick up some cheap eggs!
TIP: if you want hard boiled eggs that are super easy to peel, use eggs that are close to the “best by” date. Older eggs make that little pocket of air that allows you to peel easier. Shells on very fresh eggs will stick!

I ran over to Shaw’s in Sanford yesterday to pick up a bunch of stuff and I was able to get my FREE Seafood Snackers! They are still on sale, but silly me, I forgot to check the sale date on the tag. They have been on sale for a couple of weeks so they are obviously a store special.
You may not find this deal at your Shaw’s, but it’s certainly worth a shot! Sanford has plenty, so go grab them.
TIP: I chop these up and use them for “crab” meat sandwiches, just like the Classic Crab flakes. Also excellent in chowda!

I know I posted this deal a few days ago, but some of you may have missed it due to the holiday. I want to stress that you need to print the coupon NOW if you hope to score the deal!
Newbies sometimes think coupons will stick around so they can print later, but that’s not the case. Some coupons stick around but others disappear lickity split!

You know that Old El Paso deal we’re all doing (at least I assume we’re all doing it!)? The deal where we instantly get $1.00 off meat when we buy 3 Old El Paso items? The deal where we printed awesome $.50/1 Old El Paso coupons and we get $.60 back from SavingStar to bring the price down to only $.09 each for Old El Paso?
Well, I was on a mission to get my meat super cheap with that $1.00 instant savings! I did better than that… I got my meat for FREE!
Here’s the deal I did at Shaw’s (you can do this through 9/6):
I activated the $.60/3 Old El Paso SavingStar eCoupon
I bought (3) Refried Beans on sale for $1.29 each
get $1.00 off any meat instantly wyb 3 Old El Paso
I bought (1) 3 oz Ribeye Steak on sale for $1.00 (it’s with frozen meat)
I used (3) $.50/1 Old El Paso coupon (zip 77477, I think it’s still available!)
coupons doubled to $1.00 off
I paid $.87 at the register for the Old El Paso
I got the meat for FREE with $1.00 instant savings
I will get a $.60 refund from SavingStar for Old El Paso
I end up paying only $.27 for everything including that tiny steak!

Are you still holding those $.55/1 Duncan Hines Brownie Mix coupons that I told you to print at the beginning of August? If you are, now is a great time to use them! Mine expire on 9/30, so check your stash!
