The awesome $.75/1 Gerber Graduates Grabbers has been reset! That means we can pick up more fruit in a pouch for only $.09!
TIP: No little ones in the house? That’s okay! You can use this stuff in muffin mix for added flavor. Or squeeze some out into your smoothie! My mother likes it on toast. And there’s no law saying you can’t just eat it from the pouch… like a baby!

If you have not printed your Smart Balance Butter coupons yet, run as fast as you can to print! The butter is on sale NOW at Shaw’s but it looks like it will also be on sale next week too! (this butter is reg priced at $1.69 at Market Basket so free with the coupon!)
I got my butter last night during this Shaw’s shopping trip!

Shaw’s is having a $5 Instant Savings General Mills Sale starting Friday, 8/24 running through Thursday, 8/30. If you buy 10 participating items, mix and match, you will get $5 deducted from your total immediately! That knocks $.50 off per item! You can also use coupons on the items you buy to get even better savings!
There is no limit for this GM sale. If you buy 20 items you will get $10 off, 30 items you will get $15 off, etc. I suggest you send 10 items through at a time then check the screen to see if it deducted $5.00. If you don’t get the savings, it will be easy to see where the deal went wrong.
Above is a scan of the flyer (provided by We Use Coupons) showing the items that are participating in the GM sale (you can see a larger view HERE at the very bottom of that page. The prices in yellow show you what you pay after you get the $5 instant savings wyb 10 items.
Please be aware that not all flavors, size, etc., are participating. If you buy one wrong item, you will not get your $5 off. Ask your manager if they have a GM sale list with participating items by UPC. Sometimes they have the list, sometimes they don’t.

The Earthbound Farm coupon is back! This prints for ANY Earthbound Farm product. You don’t have to use it on the snacks!
Sanford Shaw’s carries Earthbound Farm carrots in the 1 lb size at $1.19 (I think they went down from $1.29) so FREE with the coupon if your cashier allows the coupon to double (says DND but starts with 5). This particular coupon will usually only double up to the regular price with no overage… at least Sanford.
You can also pick up Earthbound Farm carrots at Walmart. They are priced at $1.14 in Sanford, so only $.39 for a pound bag!
$.75/1 Any Earthbound Farm Product (you will need to register) – This prints out for ANY Earthbound Farm product… ignore the pic on the coupon!
*** PRINTING TIP *** If you register with different email addresses, you can get extra prints! So, get everyone in your home to print them :O)

Gee wiz! Yesterday I was so busy posting deals that I forgot to check if We Use Coupons had the Shaw’s ad scan up. They have it and now I’m bringing it to you!

I ran over to Shaw’s tonight and I struck gold! Someone left catalina coupons for FREE Essential Everyday items in the coupon box! I was able to pick up lots of freebies with those, including all the bread you see and the eggs! Actually, all the Essential Everyday stuff in the pic was FREE! The two small cans of tomato sauce were free with the candy bar overage.
Speaking of the candy bars… I screwed up! I was thinking my coupons were for any Mars brand bars but they were for Milky Way. And I almost grabbed Milky Way because those are my mother’s favorites. But she has so many of them (remember I got 106 candy bars for almost nothing awhile back?) so I grabbed the Snickers instead. An honest mistake! I’m going to blame it on the fact that I was exhausted! I would have been totally happy with Milky Way.
I’m not going to do the entire break down, but I did 4 transactions. I did one then I was actually driving away but went back because I forgot to check reduced produce. Then I spotted the B2G1 FREE sale on the candy bars and had to go through twice so all my coupons would double.
Here’s what I got:
12 Snickers (ooops!)
12 boxes Scotties (on sale for $1 and I had (6) $1/2 coupons)
1 non stick spray (free)
1 box baking soda (free)
1 oatmeal (free)
1 dozen eggs (free)
2 cans tomato sauce (free due to candy bar overage)
2 Smart Balance butter (on sale for $2 and I had (2) $1.75/1 coupons)
2 loaves Italian bread (free)
1 loaf other bread (free)
2 green peppers (reduced)
2 yellow squash (reduced)
3 Backyard Farm tomatoes (reduced at $1.18, just over a pound and I had a coupon for $1 off 1 pound Backyard Farm tomatoes, paid $.18!)
In addition to those coupons, I had a $2/$25 that I used.
Total came to $6.22 for everything you see!
And what gets me mad is that I forgot my last few $1 OFF Essential Everyday coupons from that coupon book. I would have gotten 4 more freebies!
