Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands Biscuits, any variety (8 biscuits)
5 tablespoons butter, melted (not margarine)
2 tablespoons ranch dressing and seasoning mix
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
(see tips below)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray. Set aside.
2: Separate the biscuits into 8 biscuits then cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place biscuit pieces in medium bowl.
3: Pour the butter over biscuits and stir to coat.
4: Add the ranch dressing mix, cheese and bacon. Gently stir to coat biscuits.
5: Pour into pie plate; arrange in one even layer. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.

Darlene’s Tips: You can use any flavor shredded cheese that you want. Serve with ranch dressing as a dip or marinara sauce. Cut up leftovers into small pieces and add to a pot of soup during the last few minutes of heating it up for robust dumplings.
