Cheesy Potatoes and Ham Recipe – Easy Slow Cooker Dinner

NOTE: Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

INGREDIENTS:

6 medium thinly sliced peeled potatoes
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Spray a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.

2:  Mix potatoes, onion and ham in a large bowl.  Spoon into slow cooker.

3:  Mix soup, milk and cheese in a medium bowl. Pour over potato mixture.

4:  Cover and cook on High 3 to 4 hours or until potatoes are tender. Gently stir before serving.

Darlene’s Tips: You can add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of canned or frozen (thawed) veggies to this mix. You can also use any cooked meat like leftover chicken. Use any flavor cheese you want. You can also use any flavor of condensed cream soup. Experiment!
