Cookie Dip Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

4 oz cream cheese, softened (from 8-oz package)
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 container (6 oz) vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
1: Beat cream cheese and peanut butter in a small bowl with electric mixer on low speed until smooth and creamy. If beating by hand, let cream cheese sit to room tempurature before mixing to make it smoother (chunks are allowed).
2: Beat (or mix in) in yogurt and powdered sugar until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Garnish with additional chocolate chips when serving if desired.
Darlene’s Tips: Try other stir-ins like candy-coated chocolate or peanut butter pieces, toffee bits or chopped peanuts. Serve this dip with any type of cookies or use to frost cupcakes or brownies. You could try a chocolate version by using nutella instead of peanut butter. You can swap out yogurt flavors too. Try making cookie sandwiches by spreading between any soft cookies or grahams.
