Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chunks
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips or chunks
3/4 cup chopped pretzels
1/2 cup toffee bits
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat softened butter, sugars, vanilla and egg with electric mixer on medium speed or with spoon until light and fluffy.
2: Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Stir in semisweet and milk chocolate chips, pretzels and toffee bits.
3: On ungreased large cookie sheets, drop by rounded 1/2 cupfuls of dough 4 inches apart. Flatten slightly. Sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top of each cookie.
4: Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until light brown around edges (centers will be soft). Cool 5 minutes then remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely.

Darlene’s Tips: Alter this recipe any way you want. I have never had a panera cookie and I did not make this recipe. I have no clue if it’s like the real thing or not. No desire to find out. lol But drop by the 1/2 cup? Those must be some big ass cookies!
