Crispy Baked Taco Chicken Wings Recipe – Only 4 Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix (or store brand)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso taco seasoning mix (or store brand)
3lb chicken wing sections (thawed if frozen)

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 450°F. Fit large rectangular wire rack in 18×13-inch rimmed pan; spray both with cooking spray.
2:  In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, oil and taco seasoning mix until blended. Thoroughly pat chicken dry, add to mixture and turn to coat. Place in single layer on rack in pan.
3:  Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is deep brown and juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (at least 165°F)

Darlene’s Tips:  Serve with sour cream, ranch dressing, or your favorite wing dip!
