1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 cups Original Bisquick mix (or store brand baking mix)

See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos!

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, mix peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in Bisquick mix until blended.

2:  Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork.

3:  Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until centers are set and bottoms are light golden brown. Do not over bake. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool 15 minutes.

Darlene’s Tips: You can dip the fork in sugar when flattening the cookies. You could also try adding chocolate or peanut butter morsels (or a bit of both) to the mix.
