Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs fresh chicken wings (or frozen, thawed and drained)
2 tablespoons oil
1 package (1 oz) ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 425°F. Line two 15x10x1-inch pans with foil, and spray with cooking spray.
2: In large bowl, add chicken wings and oil and mix well. Stir in ranch dressing mix and toss to coat evenly.
3: Spread wings in pans. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven, and turn wings over. Return to oven, rotating pans, and continue baking 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink and temperature at least 165°F.

Darlene’s Tips: For hot and spicy wings, add a bit of cayenne pepper to the mix. You can bake on a rack if you want them to be more crispy. Serve with ranch dressing or dipping sauce of your choice.
