Make meatballs using the cheap bread crumbs we can get at Shaw’s this week (thank for the reminder, Sarah!) and the cheap ground beef we can get at Shaw’s next week and freeze them for later use. You could also make patties if you want and just bake them according to the same instructions.

Easy Baked Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
Heat oven to 400°F. Line a 13×9-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Shape mixture into meatballs. Place 1 inch apart in pan.
Bake uncovered 18 to 22 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
Makes about 20 1-inch meatballs.
TIP: To freeze, place cooled meatballs in a single layer in freezer bags and lay flat in the freezer. This way you can break off just what you need.
