Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist cake mix of your choice
3 oz cream cheese, softened (about 1/3 of 8 oz bar)
1 cup milk
3 eggs
(see tips below)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 325°F. Generously spray bottom only of 9×5-inch loaf pan with baking spray with flour.
2: In medium bowl, beat cake mix, cream cheese, milk and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl frequently, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.
3: Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

Darlene’s Tips: You can frost the cake if you want. Or you can make an easy glaze by heating the frosting a bit then drizzling it over the cake. Freeze cake whole and cut individual slices while frozen for easy slicing then simply pop the rest back into the freezer. You can slice very thin slices if you slice while frozen.
