DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 375°F. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Set aside.

2:  Unroll dough. Place on cookie sheet. Press to form 14×9-inch rectangle.

3:  Sprinkle the one half of the dough with 1 cup pizza cheese (along the long side like this).

4:  Fold dough in half lengthwise to enclose cheese, pressing to seal on bottom and sides.

5:  Using serrated knife, cut almost completely through dough into 8 pieces.

6:  Sprinkle the top with the other cup of cheese.

7:  Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown on edges. Cool 5 minutes.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can add any seasonings you like to the cheese like italian seasoning, parmesean cheese, garlic or onion powder, whatever. Just toss it with the cheese in a bowl before using.  You can change the cheese to any shredded cheese that you like. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like marinara, ranch, honey mustard, whatever you like.
