Easy Chicken Alfredo Pizza Recipe – Only 5 Ingredients!
NOTE: Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated thin pizza crust
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (from 15-oz jar)
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend or mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Darlene’s Tips: You could skip the peppers if you want. You could try adding other toppings like mushrooms, black olives, even peas… whatever you like!
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 15×10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet with shortening. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough into 15×10-inch rectangle. Bake 7 minutes. Remove from oven.
Step 2: Spread sauce over warm crust. Top with chicken, bell pepper and cheese.
Step 3: Bake 6 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
