Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 (6 oz) store bought chocolate pie crust
1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
2 cups (around 15 cookies) mint chocolate sandwich cookies (or regular), chopped coarsely
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
chocolate syrup
3 drops green food coloring (or use gel)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until well blended.
2: Fold in whipped topping, green food coloring and peppermint extract.
3: Pour into chocolate crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
4: Top with crumbles chocolate cookies and chocolate syrup. Cut into slices and serve. Store in refrigerator.

Darlene’s Tips: You can make this pie any flavor you want. Just make the base as directed using the cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping then add extract, food coloring and cookies of your choice. Top with whatever syrup you want.
