If you like rice pudding, you can cheat and whip up a quick and easy rice pudding by adding cooked instant rice to any vanilla pudding. Then add a sprinkle of cinnamon or clove and you can toss in some raisins if you like. Just soak the raisins in hot water for a bit then drain before adding to the pudding. Or toss them in chewy… there are no rules!
