Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 cup salsa of your choice
3 to 4 cups cooked pasta of your choice
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese blend
optional: 1/2 cup chopped green onions
DIRECTIONS:
2: Pour the soup and salsa into beef. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 5 minutes.
3: Stir in cooked pasta and cook additional 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.
4: Sprinkle with cheese, cover and let it sit until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chopped green onion if desired and serve.
Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on eBay and at Walmart!
Darlene’s Tips: You can add any other ingredients you like to this dish. Also try ground turkey or chicken. It could also be make with leftover cooked rice. Any cheese blend will work. Want it hot and spicy? Use hot salsa… and top with chopped jalapeno peppers too!
