Shaw’s will have various Kellogg’s cereal on sale starting Friday, but I doubt the Omega-3 one will be included. But this might still be a good deal!
Here’s how you would do it at Shaw’s or Stop & Shop (I think S&S has SavingStar)
Buy (1) Kellogg’s Raisin Bran Omega-3 from Flaxseed cereal (price not known)
Buy some bananas
Activate this 20% OFF bananas SavingStar eCoupon
Use (1) $.70 OFF Fresh Fruit when you buy Kellogg’s Raisin Bran Omega-3 (change zip to 77477 like this)
coupon will double to $1.40 off
Use (1) $.50/1 Kellogg’s Raisin Bran Omega-3 from Flaxseed cereal
coupon will double to $1.00 off
Final price not known, but you’ll get a total of $2.40 off and you’ll get 20% back from SavingStar for the bananas.
If you want to max out the savings, just buy ONE tiny banana and let the fruit coupon overlap the cereal!

Sanford Shaws never lets me use these coupon together. if the coupon is a $ off one thing when you buy another, they say that coupon blankets both items. The last time there was a $2 coupon off milk when you bought cereal, they would not let me use a coupon on the cereal, even though the coupon was technically for the milk. are you sure this is allowed in their policy, and if so do you have a reference? This has presented many problems at the registers and I know you shop at the same store so I’d like to know how you don’t get a hard time but I do 🙂
The way I read it, the coupon is only on the fruit. If it said fruit AND cereal, that would mean the coupon covers both items. I’ll talk to them next time I’m there and see what they say. I’ve never had an issue, but there are many new emps now.
