Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. plain chocolate
- 4 eggs, separated
- Whipped Cream
Break chocolate into pieces & melt
When chocolate is melted, stir in egg yolks, then cool.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff & forming peaks. Fold into chocolate mixture.
Serve in individual dishes. Decorate with whipped cream. You can sprinkle chocolate over mousse as an added touch. (Grating the chocolate would make it look extra pretty.)
