Impossibly Easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe – No Crust Needed!

Impossibly Easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe – You Don’t Need a Crust!

1 cup canned pumpkin like (like this, not pumpkin pie mix)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk (like this)
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (see my tips below)
2 eggs

1:  Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate.

2:  Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.

3:  Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes then refrigerate about 3 hours or until chilled.  Store covered in refrigerator.

Darlene’s Tips: You can make your own pumpkin pie spice by mixing equal amounts of ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and ground ginger. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream or both! You can use canned squash instead of pumpkin to make a squash pie.
