Cherry Delight Brownie Bites
Ingredients:
- One box brownie mix (your choice)
- Bag of Hershey’s Kisses, Cherry Cordial (Take the papers off all of the kisses)
- Mini muffin tins [see here]
- Mini muffin tin liners (These are always on sale after the holidays)
Line mini muffin tins with mini cupcake liners. Prepare brownie mix according to instructions on box.
Fill each cupcake liner 3/4 full with brownie mix. Bake in 350 degree oven 15-20 minutes. Check with a thin wooden skewer to see if brownie bites are set. Remove from oven. Immediately place one kiss in the top of each brownie bite and push it in a little. Allow brownie bites to cool COMPLETELY before serving so that the kiss can set up again and solidify.
Makes a lot. Around 50 mini muffins. These are delicious and so much fun to serve and eat!
