Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 16 regular-size muffin cups.

  Break chocolate bar into pieces.

For each cookie, shape heaping tablespoon of dough around pieces of chocolate and place in cup.  Make sure the chocolate pieces are completely covered.

Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cookies will be soft to touch in center. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack and cool additional 15 minutes. (Centers of cookies will sink slightly.) Serve warm or at room temp.

Darlene’s Tips: You can add 1/2 cup of finely chopped nuts to the cookie dough and knead them in. You can try this with other candy bars too like maybe chopped up snickers.  If your candy oozes out a bit, no biggie.  To make the cookies warm again, pop them in the microwave for about 10 seconds before serving. A glass of ice cold milk is almost necessary, but optional. And remember, I’m not eating this shit. I leave that up to you. lol
