Here is your stock up list for Shaw’s! These are the deals you can do using NO coupons. I’ll have the coupon roundup posted for you on Thursday night.

At Shaw’s 11/20 – 11/26 (see flyer)

Turkey $.49/lb with $25 purchase (see here) – This is a fantastic price for a turkey!  I have an issue with the way they are saying you need a $25 purchase because they are tagged at $.49/lb. But most people spend $25, so not a very big deal. I still have an issue with how they handle the sale.

Clementines 5 lbs $3.99 (see here) – Another sale on clementines and this time it’s all week long!  I might pick up more. Keep them in the refrigerator and they will last a long time.

Boneless Chicken Breasts or Thighs $1.77/lb (see here) – This is about as low as we get for boneless, skinless breasts. Time to stock up on at least 3 months worth!

Gold Medal Flour 5 lb or Domino Sugar 4 lb $1.49 (3 Day Sale, see here) – Even without coupons, this is a great deal. There is a limit of one each, so at least get your one each! If you want to do a coupon deal, you can get the sugar for only $.69. See the deal here.

Potatoes 5 lbs, Carrots or Onions 3 lbs, $1.77 (3 Day Sale, see here) – Great price for this stuff!  I will be picking up potatoes if I make it to the 3 day sale!

Sweet Potatoes 2 lbs $1.00 (see here) – That makes them only $.50 per pound! That’s a fantastic price!

Johnsonville Hot or Sweet Ground Sausage $1.99 for 1 lb (see here) – Great price for a pound of sausage! I’d like to pick up some of the hot sausage, but I need to check the carbs and sugar. For sure I will not get the sweet kind. But sometimes hot is low carb.

Those are my picks! If you see something else that you feel is a good sale price, go ahead and stock up. Once your stockpile is built, you will have the luxury of shopping only for items that are free of very cheap later!
