INGREDIENTS:
1 cup , flavor of your choice
1 cup

optional: glaze (see my tips below)
optional: candy sprinkles
What do I have on ebay?
DIRECTIONS:
1: Stir together pancake ingredients until blended (if using sprinkles, add some to the mix).
2: Pour about 1/4 cupfuls onto hot . Cook until edges are dry.
3: Turn and cook until pancakes are golden brown. Stack on serving plates.

Darlene’s Tips: Make a simple glaze by mixing 1 cup of with just a few drops of water or milk. Stir. Add a bit more liquid, a few drops at a time, until you get your desired consistency. Add more sprinkles when serving if you want. Can also be topped with .

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (18.5 oz)
1 can (10 oz) mild, medium or hot
2 cups shredded
2 cups (8 oz)
10 (6 inches)
What do I have on ebay?
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, stir together soup and enchilada sauce. Spread 1 cup soup mixture in ungreased .
2: In large bowl, mix 1 cup soup mixture with chicken and 1 cup of the cheese. Reserve remaining soup mixture.
3: On microwavable plate, stack tortillas and cover with paper towel. Heat on High 1 minute to soften. Place 1/4 cup chicken mixture along middle of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam sides down in baking dish with sauce.
4: Pour remaining soup mixture over enchiladas. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly around edges.

INGREDIENTS:
1 box (any flavor)
1 container (8 oz) , thawed

What do I have on ebay?
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray with cooking spray.
2: In medium bowl, stir together cake mix, whipped topping and egg until combined. (Dough will be thick and sticky.)
3: Place powdered sugar in small bowl. Using wet hands, shape tablespoonfuls of dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
4: Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 2 minutes then remove from cookie sheet to .

Darlene’s Tips: Top with a dollop of whipped topping before serving or serve with whipped topping as a dip. You can flavor whipped topping with a few drops of of your choice.

1 medium , chopped (about 1 cup)
1 jar (24 oz)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Spray with cooking spray.
2: Place chicken in slow cooker.
3: Top chicken with bell pepper and pasta sauce.
4: Cover and cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours.

Darlene’s Tips: You could also add other ingredients like chopped onion, mushrooms, black olives or whatever you like. Serve over pasta or rice or with a baked potato. Cut the chicken up and serve hot in a and top with cheese of your choice for a delish sub sandwich.

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb , cut into 1-inch slices
1 1/2 cups sliced
2 medium red, yellow or green , cut into strips (about 2 cups)
1/2 teaspoon
1 can (14.5 oz-ish) , undrained
DIRECTIONS:
1: Cook sausage in a 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink and completely cooked (use non-stick cooking spray or butter if needed). Transfer to plate. Leave any dripping in the skillet.
2: Reduce heat to medium and add onions, peppers and seasoning to the skillet. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
3: Stir in tomatoes and sausage and heat to simmering, stirring occasionally, until completely heated through.

Darlene’s Tips: Use any sausage you like. Even will work. Top with if desired. You can also add garlic or any other ingredients you want. You can also add extra crushed tomatoes or diced tomatoes and serve over pasta or rice.
