Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1
1½ cups (6 oz)
2 large , peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons plus 1 tablespoon
(see tips below)
Follow Me on TikTok!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350° F. Line or with cooking parchment paper, leaving paper overhanging on two sides.
2: Mix the cookie dough with the cheese until evenly incorporated. Press two-thirds of mixture evenly in pan and bake for 12 minutes then remove from oven.
3: In medium bowl, toss apples with 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
4: Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and 1 tablespoon sugar ro the remaining cookie dough mixture and mix well.
5: Spread apple mixture evenly over crust in pan then top with remaining cookie dough mixture, breaking it up evenly. Bake about 40 minutes or until top is light golden brown. Cool completely then lift from pan and cut into bars or squares.

Darlene’s Tips: For easier cutting, let the pan of bars cool completely then cover the pan and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Then remove from pan using the paper to lift it and cut. You could add some chopped nuts to this mix, either with the apples or in the dough or both.

Below is a list of my Top 10 highest earning videos for the week of 11/2/20 – 11/8/20. If you have not seen these videos, now is a great time to binge watch!
See previous Top 10 posts here (then scroll down)
You can see the Previous Weeks Earnings below
Top 10 highest earners. Remember, the earnings are for just the one week, not for the life of the video.
- Wonky Christmas Trees Quilt Blocks – $99.32
- Watch Me Chop Up this Fabric Panel – $64.72
- How to Quilt As You Go (QAYG) with Sashing and Self Binding – Sewing Tutorial – $44.72
- New Way to Piece Crumb Blocks – $41.38

- How to Quilt As You Go by Row (QAYG) – Rag Quilt with Lace Binding – $14.85
- Crumb Quilting Adventure – How to Start Piecing the Blocks | Ep. 1 – $14.48
Total earned from these 10 videos in one week is $387.59. I knew it would be low. I could tell by my overall earnings for Nov so far. Down. And that is disappointing because Nov and Dec are good earning months due to increased ad budgets for the holiday season. The only thing I did differently is I started posting more. That might be my big mistake. I almost always find that I earn more when I post less. Must rethink my plan for the rest of the year.
Thank you to everyone who watches my videos! Subscribe to this blog so you can follow this series and see how I do!

INGREDIENTS:
1 package , softened
1 jar
1/4 cup
optional: extra caramel and dash of for topping
(see tips below)
Follow Me on TikTok!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Mix cream cheese, marshmallow creme and caramel topping with or by hand in until mixed well and no lumps remain. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Optional: Drizzle additional caramel on top of dip and sprinkle with sea salt before serving, if desired.
Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on and at !
Darlene’s Tips: To soften the cream cheese, just leave it at room temp for about an hour. In a hurry? Pop it in the microwave in a glass bowl and heat for 10 second intervals, checking after each, until softened (don’t let it get hot, just soft). You can use if you don’t have the thicker topping. Or you can skip the caramel and just make the cream cheese marshmallow dip and leave it plain or use chocolate topping or any flavor topping. You could even try using 1/4 cup of any flavor of jelly or jam. Perfect for dipping fruit or spread on crackers. This might also make an unusual yet super delish frosting for cookies, cakes or brownies!

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
90
1 can (14 oz)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (not margarine)
1/4 cup whole milk
2 cups chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, dark, your choice)
(see tips below)
Follow Me on TikTok!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Line 13×9-inch pan with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Place 30 of the crackers in bottom of pan.
2: In 2-quart saucepan, mix condensed milk, brown sugar, butter and milk. Cook over medium heat until butter is melted, stirring frequently. Increase heat to medium-high and heat to boiling. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
3: Pour one-third of the caramel mixture over crackers in pan. Arrange 30 more crackers over caramel. Top with one-third of the remaining caramel mixture. Repeat with remaining crackers and caramel.
4: In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Pour over caramel and spread evenly. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until set. Cut into bars or squares. Store in the refrigerator.
Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on and at !
Darlene’s Tips: If you can’t find the rectangle buttery crackers, you can use saltine crackers or graham crackers. Chocolate graham crackers would be delish! You could even use rectangle or square cookies. Instead of chocolate morsels, you could use any flavor that you want. Butterscotch morsels would be delish! Add some chopped nut to this recipe if you like. You can sprinkle the nuts on top of the candy morsel topping or you could sprinkle finely chopped nuts on every layer. You can freeze these and eat straight from the freezer if you want. They should soften up quickly.
