Easy Cake Mix Zucchini Bread Recipe

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

INGREDIENTS:
1 box
1/2 cup
1/4 cup or water
3
2 cups coarsely shredded (about 2 medium)

DIRECTIONS:

1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottoms only of two with cooking spray.

2: In large bowl, stir cake mix, oil, milk and eggs until well blended. Add zucchini and mix well. Divide batter evenly between pans.

3: Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans to . Cool completely, about 1 hour.

Darlene’s Tips: Don’t like zucchini bread? I bet this would work with shredded instead. Want a different flavor? Use a or mix. Feel free to toss in some chopped nuts of your choice or any flavor of baking morsels that you like. You can freeze these loaves (wrap in ) and slice just what you need while frozen and put the rest back in the freezer. Let the slices sit at room temperature for a few minutes and in just a few minutes they are ready to eat!

Nutella Ganache Recipe – Just 3 Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Nutella
1/3 cup
1/2 cup

DIRECTIONS:

1: In medium microwavable bowl, microwave Nutella, chocolate chips and whipping cream uncovered on high 30 seconds. Stir and continue to microwave in 15-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth.

2: Pour hazelnut mixture over completely cooled baked goods and spread over top.

3: Refrigerate uncovered about 2 hours or until hazelnut mixture is set. Store loosely covered in refrigerator

Darlene’s Tips: You can try this nutella ganache on a pan of brownies or cake. You could even use on top of cupcakes or muffins. Don’t fee like baking? Use the ganache on store bought sweets… like cookies, snack cakes (how about ganache covered ?) or store bought donuts. Turn any store bought sweet into an almost homemade dessert! Add or sprinkles, if desired, immediately after speading on the ganache. Pop in the freezer for a quicker setting time. Use or if you want. You could actually use any flavor of morsels like , , … whatever!

Mummy Pizzas – Easy Cresecent Dough Hack Halloween Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 can
1/3 cup
8 , cut into 8 strips each
16 slices for eyes

DIRECTIONS:

1: Heat oven to 375°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray.

2: Unroll crescent dough sheet and cut into 4 equal rectangles using a or sharp knife. Then cut each rectangle crosswise in half. Place crescent squares on , and press out slightly. Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until light golden brown then remove from oven.

3: Spread about 2 teaspoons of the pizza sauce on top of each crescent square. Top each with 8 strips of mozzarella cheese, alternating and overlapping strips to look like mummy bandages. Add 2 olive slices to each for eyes.

4: Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese slightly melts. Serve warm.

Darlene’s Tips: I’m thinking you could also do this on toast (I grew up on pizza toast!). Just toast the bread, trim to desired size, then add sauce and topping and bake as directed for a few minutes until warm and cheese is slightly melted. You could add a few slices of on the sauce, under the cheese, if you like, or . Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping!
