Slow-Cooker Deep Dish Pizza Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 can
1/3 cup
1/4 lb , crumbled (3/4 cup)
1/2 cup (2 oz)
1 cup (4 oz)

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Spray 4-quart with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough and fold in half crosswise. Place pizza dough in slow cooker and press in bottom and 1 to 2 inch up sides.

2:  Spread pizza sauce evenly over pizza dough. Top with half each of the sausage, pepperoni and cheese. Repeat with remaining sausage, pepperoni and cheese.

3:  Cover and cook on Low heat setting 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until crust edges are deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from slow cooker to . Cut and serve.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can use any of your favorite pizza toppings. Make sure any meat you use is cooked.

Brownie Cookie S’Mores – Easy 4-Ingredient Cookie Dough Hack

INGREDIENTS:
1 package (12 count)
1/2 cup or fluff
3/4 cup coarsely crushed graham crackers (about 3 crackers)
1 Hershey’s milk chocolate bar, broken into 1/2-inch pieces

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 350°F.  Line a with foil leaving edges of foil sticking out over the sides of the pan.

2:  Press cookie dough evenly into ungreased 8-inch square pan. Bake 15 minutes.

3:  Remove from oven and drop teaspoonfuls of marshmallow on bar base. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and chocolate pieces.

4:  Bake an additional 8 to 12 minutes or until edges are set. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Lift out of pan using the foil then cut into bars or squares.

Darlene’s Tips:  You could do this with any brownie mix too.  Mix and bake according to the directions and pull out of the oven about 12 minutes before the end of the required baking time to add the toppings. Then continue to bake for the remainder of the required time.

Classic Cookie Icing Recipe – Only 3 Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups
1/2 teaspoon
2 to 4 tablespoons
optional:

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Mix powdered sugar and almond extract in a small bowl.

2:  Add a few drops of milk (if using food coloring, add a few drops of that too) and mix until smooth. Keep adding a few drops of milk until you get the desired consistency.  You want the icing to pool a bit, like glaze.  If it’s too thick, just add a few more drops of milk.  Too watery?  Add more powdered sugar.

3:  Spread on cookies.  Let stand until icing is set, about 15 minutes.

Darlene’s Tips:  If using , add those immediately after icing the cookies. If you don’t have almond extract, is fine, or you can even skip the extract. This icing is great for muffins, brownies, cupcakes or cakes too. Also try on pancakes or waffles. You can make chocolate icing by adding a bit a .

Easy S’Mores Dip Recipe – Just 3 Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag (12 oz) miniature , unwrapped
2 1/2 cups
for dipping

DIRECTIONS:

1: Heat oven to 450°F.

2:  Place peanut butter cup candies in single layer in bottom of ungreased (or or an ). Top with marshmallows.

3:  Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown and toasted.

4:  Serve immediately with graham cracker pieces for dipping.

Darlene’s Tips:  If you can’t have peanuts, use any chocolate candy you like. If using full bars, just chop them up. Or use or or even . You could also scoop this dip on top of a piece of cake or on ice cream. Try for dipping for a more chocolately experience or for a cinnamon twist!
