INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS: 1: Cut a large marshmallows in half. Place one half of the marshmallow, sticky side down, on top of a round cookie and flatten a bit. If it does not stick, you can use icing to make it stick. 2: Frost over the marshmallow and cookie with red frosting. 3: Create a belt with yellow and black frosting using images as a guide (see my tips below). 4: Add round candy for buttons. Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on and at ! Darlene’s Tips: You can totally skip the marshmallow belly step and just frost the cookies. Instead of black and yellow frosting for the belt, you could cut pieces of to use for both the belt and the buckle. You could use white cut in half for the buttons. M&M candies would make awesome buttons too.

INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS: 1: In large bowl, beat milk, eggs and molasses with until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened (batter will be slightly lumpy). 2: Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot . Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbly on top and dry around edges. Turn and cook other side until golden brown. Serve warm. Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on and at ! Darlene’s Tips: You can make this recipe using your favorite pancake mix. Simply add some molasses and spices to the mix. If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, just use ginger. No molasses? Just use ginger. You could also add a bit of the brown sugar for extra sweetness. You do not need exact measurments. Be daring and experiment!
