Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb (at least 80%)
1 , peeled and diced
1 packet
1 can (about 15 oz)
1 can (about 14 oz) , undrained
12 oz uncooked of your choice

DIRECTIONS:
1: Cook the ground beef and onion in a over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, breaking up beef as it cooks. Drain.
2: Add the sloppy joe seasoning mix, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes (including the liquid). Stir to combine. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat.
3: Add the pasta and toss until pasta is submerged. Cover and cook 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

Darlene’s Tips: You can add any other ingredients you want like bell pepper, garlic, mushrooms, etc. Serve with on top. If you don’t want the sloppy joe flavor, turn it into chili pasta or taco pasta by using a packet of or instead.

INGREDIENTS:
1 roll (16.5 oz)
1/2 cup (not pumpkin pie mix)
2 tablespoons

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Break up cookie dough in large bowl. Add pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin. Beat with on medium speed until well blended.
2: Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased .
3: Bake 14 to 16 minutes. Cool on pan 5 minutes then remove to . Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Decorate with frosting of your choice or leave plain.

Darlene’s Tips: You could add about 1/2 cup of chopped nuts to this recipe. Pecans or walnuts would be a good choice. To make a simple pumpkin glaze or frosting, add a bit of milk or water to powdered sugar, just a few drops at a time, until you get the consistencey you want. Flavor it with some pumpkin pie spice and mix it in.
