Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds of , with skin on
1 tablespoon (not margarine)
2/3 cup
1 1/2 teaspoons
1 teaspoons
1/4 teaspoon
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 425°F.
2: Stir together Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat each piece of chicken with Bisquick mix.
3: Add the butter to a and place it in the oven until the butter is melted. Remove the pan from the oven, spread the butter to coat the bottom of the pan, then place chicken skin sides down in the pan while the pan is still hot.
4: Place pan of chicken in the oven and bake 35 minutes then turn the chicken pieces. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest pieces are cut to bone (at least 165°F).
Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on and at !
Darlene’s Tips: You can use whatever seasonings you like for this recipe. Want it spicy? Add some ! You might want to try putting the bisquick mix in a plastic bag and shaking the chicken pieces, one at a time, in the bag. If your chicken is too dry to make the coating stick, dip it in milk or even water first.
