INGREDIENTS:
1 roll (16.5 oz)
1 1/4 teaspoons
1 teaspoon
1 container (16 oz)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
2: In medium bowl, mix cookie dough and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon with wooden spoon or hands until well blended. Press evenly in pan.
3: Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set and edges are golden brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour, then frost.
4: Stir remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and the sugar until well blended. Sprinkle on top of frosting. Cut into bars or squares.

Darlene’s Tips: You can add some chopped nuts or raisins if you like. Just knead them into the dough would be delish on this too!

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (11 oz) (12 breadsticks)
1 bag (16 oz) frozen cooked meatballs (32 meatballs)
1 can (15 oz)
2 cups blend (8 oz)
optional: 1/2 cup of additional pizza toppings of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 11×7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
2: Unroll dough into rectangle and cut rectangle crosswise into 8 strips so each strip has 6 pieces. Separate dough at perforations, or cut if necessary, to make 48 pieces. Arrange 1/2 of the dough pieces randomly in bottom of baking dish.
3: Place meatballs and pizza sauce in large microwavable bowl. Cover and microwave 5 to 8 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and meatballs are thawed. Optional: stir in additional toppings of your choice, if desired.
4: Pour meatball mixture over dough pieces in dish. Arrange remaining dough pieces over meatballs.
5: Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and dough pieces are no longer doughy. Sprinkle the top with pizza cheese blend and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Darlene’s Tips: You can let the meatballs thaw in the fridge overnight to heat them in the microwave quicker. Just shorten the heating time. If you can’t find breadstick dough, you could try crescent dough or biscuit dough.

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb lean (at least 80%)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 package (1 oz) mix
1 can (28 oz) , undrained
1 cup
1 cup water
3/4 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Cook ground beef over medium-high heat in for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Drain.
2: Add onions and taco seasoning mix. Mix and cook 1 minute.
3: Stir in tomatoes, corn and water. Heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
4: Top each bowl of soup with cheese just before serving.

Darlene’s Tips: Serve this soup with a side of nachos! You could even crush some tortilla chips or and add to the soup as croutons. You can add a dollop of sour cream to the soup before serving. If you want to freeze for later, let the soup cool completely then fill some freezer bags and lay flat for easy stacking.

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Original biscuits
1 cup
2 cups (8 oz)
Pizza toppings of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
1: Preheat oven to at 375°F . Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Place rounds on .
2: Top each round with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice.
2: Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bottoms are deep golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

Darlene’s Tips: Make a variety of different pizzas and cut them into 4 pieces each and serve warm or even cold as appetizers or snacks.
