INGREDIENTS:
check for ingredient coupons here
1 box (1 lb 2.3 oz) Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup drained and rinsed black beans (from a can)
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1/2 cup water
optional: frosting of your choice

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9-inch pan with cooking spray.
2: Place beans in a blender and coffee granules with 1/2 cup water. Cover and blend on high speed 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.
3: Mix bean mixture and brownie mix in large bowl until well mixed. Spread batter evenly in pan.
4: Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out with moist crumbs attached. Cool completely in pan on rack, about 1 hour.
Darlene’s Tips: I bet these brownies are super moist yet no egg for those who don’t do eggs! You can add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts or any flavor of baking morsels. If you add frosting, you can also top with more morsels or sprinkles of your choice.

a General Mills Recipe
Check out this huge selection of Betty Crocker Cookbooks!
INGREDIENTS:
2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 jar (24 oz) marinara pasta sauce
(see my tips below)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker. Top chicken with bell pepper and pasta sauce.
2: Cover and cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours.

Darlene’s Tips: You could also add other ingredients like chopped onion, mushrooms, black olives or whatever you like! Serve with pasta, rice or any kind of potatoes.

Below is a list of my Top 10 most viewed videos for the week of 3/30/20 – 4/5/20. If you have not seen them all, now is a great time to binge watch!
March stunk for me. I was down by almost $300 from February. And April is starting off way worse. If April continues to follow the track of the first week, I’ll be down by almost $1,400 from March… so almost $1,700 lower than February. That’s a big chunk! That would be my biggest drop so far.
However, I have 3 weeks to go, so maybe things will turn around. It’s really out of my control. The high paying ads my videos normally attract are not paying as much now. That’s one reason I’m getting hit by low $$$ numbers. Another reason is it’s just how things go. Many ups and downs with this gig.

a General Mills Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1 can (12 oz) evaorated milk (like this stuff)
(see my tips below)
DIRECTIONS:
1: In 5-quart pot, heat evaporated milk and 4 cups hot water to boiling. Add macaroni and bring back to a boil.
2: Reduce heat to simmer and cook uncovered for about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Do not drain.
3: Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on and at !
Darlene’s Tips: If you have too much liquid, drain some before adding the cheese. If you don’t have enough liquid, you can add some water or some milk, any milk, whole, any percent or skim.
