INGREDIENTS:
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury
1/4 cup
2 tablespoons or
optional: 1 tablespoon butter, melted and 1 teaspoon
DIRECTIONS:
1: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 8 triangles.
2: Spread each triangle with peanut butter and jam (see my tip below). Roll up loosely as directed on can.
3: Place rolls on ungreased . Optional: brush with melted butter then sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
4: Bake 10 to 15 minutes.

Darlene’s Tips: Make spreading the peanut butter and jelly easier by mixing the two in a bowl first. It will help keep the jelly from oozing out. Instead of sesame seeds, you could brush with butter and sprinkle with or just leave the tops plain.

INGREDIENTS:
1 can of
3/4 cup (give or take)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Open can of pineapple and pour pineapple and juice into a container or plastic bag and freeze until ready to use. Just before using, place on counter until slightly thawed.
2: Add slightly thawed pineapple and milk to a and blend until very smooth. If it’s too thick, you can add a bit more milk. If it’s too thin and you don’t have any more pineapple, you can add ice cubes one at a time and blend until it’s the consistency you like.

Darlene’s Tips: You can freeze any leftovers but it will most likely freeze very hard. You can pop it in the microwave for just 10 seconds and you should be able to spoon it out. If not, do 5 seconds more in the microwave and try again. You can also just leave it on the counter until it’s thawed enough to spoon out. Feel free to add sugar and to the mix for more sweetness and more flavor.
