Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Deep-Dish Pizza Casserole Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil. 2: Unroll the pizza dough, and press it into the bottom and halfway up sides of prepared baking dish. 3: Spread the sauce over the pizze dough then cover with cheese and then top with pepperoni or toppings of your choice. 4: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately. Darlene’s Tips: Serve with warm pizza sauce to use as a dip. Or serve cold leftover pizza with cold sauce or cheese dip for a quick and easy snack. You can cut this pizza into strips for pizza “fingers” which are easier to dip. Pack a bunch for a picnic or for lunches! BE COOL -> Subscribe to my Youtube channel I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Key Lime Pie Fudge Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Line 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with waxed paper or cooking parchment paper. 2: In medium microwavable bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups white vanilla baking chips (15 oz) and 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated). Microwave on High in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until melted and smooth. 3: Add 3 tablespoons lime juice and stir until well combined. Pour mixture into dish. Refrigerate about 4 hours. 4: Cut fudge into squares and toss them into 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs to coat. Press into graham mix a bit for the crumbs to stick. Darlene’s Tips: You can totally skip the graham crumbs if you want. That’s just to make it more like pie. You can also swap the lime juice for lemon juice if you prefer. You might even try skipping the juice and using coconut extract! Have fun and experiment! BE COOL -> Subscribe to my Youtube channel I use affiliate links in some of my posts. Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! No-Bake Nutella Oatmeal Cookies Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. 2: Add the sugar, butter and milk to a 4-quart saucepan. Heat on medium until you get to a rolling boil. Boil 1 minute then remove from heat. 3: Stir in Nutella until creamy and combined. Stir in 2 cups old-fashioned oats until well coated. 4: Immediately drop by 2-tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Cool about 15 minutes or until set. Darlene’s Tips: You can totally add shredded coconut to this recipe for more chewiness. About a 1/2 cup should do. You can add chopped nuts too. Again, about 1/2 cup would work. You could also spread in a pan and let set then cut into bars. BE COOL -> Subscribe to my Youtube channel |
