Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Big Bad Butterfinger Snack Mix Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Place cereal in a large bowl and set aside. 2: In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute then stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. 3: Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. 4: Add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. 5: Stir in peanuts and chopped candy. Store in airtight container. Darlene’s Tips: You can use any variety of chex cereal (or store brand) that you want. You could also mix with other types of cereal like cocoa puffs, reese’s puffs or whatever you like. You can also add salty crunchy treats like pretzels or cracker pieces.

DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 350°F. 2: In large bowl, beat cream cheese and softened butter with electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until well blended. Scrape side of bowl. 3: Beat in egg and cake mix until blended and smooth. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Optional: Sprinkle tops of cookies with sprinkles if desired. 4: Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes then remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 20 minutes. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature. Darlene’s Tips: You can add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of candy morsels or chopped nuts (or a mix of both) to the batter. Just mix in after beating.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Meatball Sub Bubble Up Bake Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 350°F. 2: Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces; place in large bowl. Add meatballs and marinara sauce and stir until well coated. 3: Pour into ungreased 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Sprinkle Italian cheese blend evenly over top. 4: Bake 35 minutes or until biscuit pieces are puffed and cheese is melted and golden brown. 5: Optional: Before serving, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh basil, oregano, hot sauce, or whatever you desire. Darlene’s Tips: You can use any shredded cheese that you want and any pasta sauce. It does not have to be marinara. And for sure you can use homemade meatballs! You could even use cut up pieces of leftover meatloaf for this recipe.

DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.) 2: Stir together pancake ingredients in medium bowl until blended. 3: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle for each pancake. Cook until edges are dry. Flip and cook until pancakes are golden brown. Stack on serving plates. Darlene’s Tips: You can make a simple glaze to drizzle over these pancakes by mixing powdered sugar with milk or water, a few drops at a time. You can tint the glaze with food coloring. You can also use any pancake syrup or other flavored syrups like chocolate, strawberry, caramel, or whatever you think will go best with the flavor of cake mix that you used. Don’t want syrup? Top with whipped topping! You can also add varopis ingredients to the batter like 1/4 cup of chopped nuts, candy morels, shredded coconut, raisins, etc. Decorate the top with sprinkles if you want.
