Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Banana Cheesecake Cookie Bars Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. 2: Press sugar cookie dough in bottom of baking dish. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly set. Cool completely, about 15 minutes. 3: In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, scraping side of bowl between additions. Beat in mashed bananas. 4: Pour over cooled crust. Bake about 30 minutes or until outer edges of cheesecake are set. Cool completely, about 15 minutes, then refrigerate 30 minutes before cutting. Cut into bars, squares or bite size pieces. Cover and refrigerate any remaining bars. Darlene’s Tips: You can serve with a dollop of whipped topping or banana pudding or both! You can also drizzle some chocolate syrup on top. Add chopped nuts of your choice to the cream cheese mix after beating if you want. You could swap out the sugar cookie dough for chocolate chip or peanut butter cookie dough! Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Brookie Bars Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9-inch square pan with foil, allowing foil to hang over sides of pan for easy removal after baking. Spray with cooking spray. 2: Press brownies evenly into bottom of pan. Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until brownies are set around edges and toothpick inserted in center of brownies comes out almost clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. 3: Crumble cookie dough into medium bowl and mix in chocolate candies. Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto top of baked brownie layer. With back of spoon or offset metal spatula, gently press cookie dough together to form even layer. 4: Bake 22 to 26 minutes or until cookie layer is set and golden brown. (Cover with foil the last 5 minutes if necessary, to prevent overbrowning.) Cool completely, about 2 hours. Remove bars from pan; cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Darlene’s Tips: You can bake your own brownies if you want. You don’t have to use the refrigerated brownies. You can also make your own cookie dough too. Peanut butter cookie dough on the chocolate brownies would be delish! Add any candy or nuts you want to the cookie dough. DIRECTIONS: 1: Bake brownies as directed on box. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 1/2 hours. 2: In medium microwavable bowl, microwave Nutella, chocolate chips and whipping cream uncovered on High 30 seconds.
