Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos here! DIRECTIONS: 1: Grease an 8x8x2-inch pan with butter, all over the sides and bottom. Set aside. 2: Combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a saucepan. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted. Once the mixture is smooth, remove the pan from the heat. 3: Add the marshmallows and stir just enough to coat them in the fudge mixture, but don’t overstir. The marshmallows will melt if you stir too long. 4: Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top slightly. Refrigerate to set, 1 1/2 hours or longer. Once set, cut into 1-inch squares and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers. Darlene’s Tips: If this is on the soft side, you can freeze and serve frozen. If too frozen, it will thaw fairly quickly. You can also leave at room temperature if you like a softer fudge. Add nuts too if you want. You can also use any flavor morsels.
