Classic Bisquick Peach Cobbler Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos here! DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 375°F. 2: Stir together Bisquick mix, milk and nutmeg in ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish. Stir in butter until blended. Stir together sugar and peaches; spoon over batter. 3: Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden. Darlene’s Tips: You can try using canned pie filling instead of canned peaches. Apple or cherry would be good. I bet you could use frozen fruit too. Serve warm or cold with a dollop of whipped topping or a side of ice cream. Extra Fudgy Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos here! DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. 2: In large bowl, mix cookie mix, butter and egg until soft dough forms. Remove 3/4 cup of the cookie dough and set aside. Press remaining dough evenly in bottom of pan. 3: In small bowl, beat frosting and cream cheese with spoon until well blended. Spread frosting mixture on top of cookie base. 4: Break remaining cookie dough into small pieces, and sprinkle over top of frosting mixture. 5: Bake 30 to 34 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour 30 minutes. Cut as desired. Darlene’s Tips: You could add chopped nuts to the cookie mix. You could also try different flavors of frosting, like or !
