1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix (or store brand)

36 heart-shaped milk chocolate candies
(see my tips below)

See All My Patreon Video Titles!

DIRECTIONS:

1: Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until dough forms.

2: Shape dough into 36 (1-inch) balls; roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

3: Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately press chocolate candy into top of each cookie. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 20 minutes, before storing in tightly covered container.

Darlene’s Tips:  If you can’t find heart-shaped chocolate, use Hershey’s Kisses! You could also try this with refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough or any flavor cookie dough. You can skip the rolling in sugar step if you want. Or you could roll in colorful sugar sprinkles.

3-Ingredient Valentine’s Day Cinnamon Fudge Recipe

a General Mills Recipe

Check out this huge selection of Betty Crocker Cookbooks!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups white vanilla baking chips
1 container Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting (or store brand)
2 tablespoons red cinnamon candies
3 tablespoons water to melt candies
optional: sprinkles of your choice

(see my tips below)

See All My Patreon Video Titles!

DIRECTIONS:

1: Completely line bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with foil.

2: In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips on Medium-High (70%) 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and completely smooth. Stir in frosting until mixed well.

3: Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, heat candies and water to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer uncovered about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until candies are melted. Gradually beat cinnamon mixture into fudge.

4: Spread fudge in pan. Add sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until set. Remove fudge from pan and cut into squares or heart shapes to serve. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 week.

Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on  and at !

Darlene’s Tips:  This fudge might be on the soft side so you can store in the freezer and serve as a fun frozen treat.  If you want to skip the cinnamon step, just buy any pink frosting (creamy NOT whipped) or buy white frosting and tint with food coloring. Just mix the baking morsels and frosting as directed and pour into pan. Add sprinkles if desired.

DIRECTIONS:

1: Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups. Make brownie batter as directed.

2: Fill each baking cup with about 2 tablespoonfuls of batter. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Do not overbake. Cool in pan 20 minutes. Carefully remove paper baking cups from muffins; cool upside down about 15 minutes or until completely cool.

3: Cut small heart out of paper. Place on bottom of cupcake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Carefully remove heart. Repeat with remaining cupcakes.

Darlene’s Tips:  You could pipe a line of frosting or decorator gel along the heart shape for added color. You could also stick a little candy heart in the center using frosting as the glue.

Valentine’s Day Cat Cookies – Easy Food Craft Recipe

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

Valentine’s Day Cat Cookies – Easy Food Craft Recipe

a General Mills Recipe

Check out this huge selection of Betty Crocker Cookbooks!

INGREDIENTS:
Round cookies (store bought or bake your own)
Pink Cookie Icing (, or any icing, color of your choice)
48 candy eyes (amazon) ()
24 white Necco wafers ()
Jumbo red and pink heart sprinkles
Small pink heart sprinkles
Black edible marker (or use)
Red edible marker (or use decorator gel)
(see my tips below)

See All My Patreon Video Titles!

DIRECTIONS:

1: Using the pink cookie icing pouch, pipe icing on top of cookies. While the icing is still wet, place candy eyes and the Necco wafer on top of the cookie.

2: Next, place 2 jumbo red heart sprinkles upside down for the ears. Arrange 3 jumbo pink heart sprinkles on each side of the cookie.

3: Let icing dry completely. Attach the small pink heart sprinkle to the middle of the Necco wafer for the nose with a toothpick dipped in pink cookie icing.

4: Draw on a mouth with a black edible marker.

5: Make red whiskers with the red edible marker.

Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on  and at !

Darlene’s Tips:  Use whatever decorating supplies you can get your hands on and use the image as a guide. It does not have to be exact!  Red and black shoestring candy would be good for whiskers and the mouth. Any round flat candy can be used for the nose or you could just use frosting. Let the kids go wild!
