When shopping on ebay, always read the descriptions. Some items ship from overseas and can take a few weeks to arrive. Usually the description will state how long shipping might take. Also, for clothing, overseas sizes usually run on the small size so it’s good to order larger by a size or two. Always check the shipping charges. I’m not familiar with these sellers so please do your homework and shop accordingly. Strawberry Dump Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 Betty Crocker White Cake Mix
1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) butter, melted
3 pounds (about 8 cups)

DIRECTIONS:
1: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place frozen strawberries in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Drizzle half of the butter over strawberries, then sprinkle cake mix on top. Drizzle with remaining butter.
2: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cake mix is golden on top and the strawberry mixture is bubbly. Cool before serving.

Darlene’s Tips: You can use any flavor of cake mix. Chocolate cake with the strawberries might be delish! Serve topped with whipped topping, yogurt or pudding. Or mix those 3 things and top with that!

It’s Monday.
Tomorrow I go to the hospital to make my kidney cancer disappear. At least that’s the goal, that they kill it all. I hope everything goes off without an complications because I lose my health care coverage on the 15th. There will be more surgery down the road, but I need health care coverage for that. Paper work is sitting right here. Procrastination gets the best of me every time.
Needless to say, since I will be leaving the house at 5:00am, I will not be doing my daily blog posts tomorrow. I will be home tomorrow at some point, and if I feel up to it, I will try to update to let everyone know how things went. But I might just take the entire day off and just rest. Go figure.
You can follow my cancer journey inside patreon. I’m learning having cancer is the least of my worries. It’s knowing which doctor to trust, deciding how to proceed and worrying about health care coverage that is making me sick.

Cheesy Ham and Chicken Bubble-Up Bake Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz)
3/4 cup milk
1 can (16.3 oz)
2 cups diced deli rotisserie chicken
1 cup diced cooked ham

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
2: To large microwavable bowl, add cream cheese and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until softened and cheese is starting to melt; add additional 30-second increments as needed. Beat in milk with whisk until mostly smooth; mixture may still be slightly lumpy.
3: Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into sixths. Gently stir into cream cheese mixture; stir in chicken and ham. Spoon into baking dish.
4: Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven; top with remaining 1 cup cheese, and cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until golden brown and biscuits are baked through.

Darlene’s Tips: You can use any canned biscuit, does not have to be the sweet hawaiian variety. You could also add about 1/2 cup of any frozen (thawed) or canned veggie (drained) to the mix.
